Real Wedding from Paris

Paris Opera virtuoso, Louise Callinan, had a beautiful wedding in France. She embellished her designer wedding gown with stunning Angela Nuran Starletta shoes purchased from The Left Bank Jewelry & Bridal Finery. She also accented her wedding day with a bridal headpiece, jewelry and gifts for her bridesmaids from this Chicago boutique. We really enjoyed working with her to complete her bridal beauty needs, merci beaucoup Louise!

Their wedding and religious ceremony was held in St. Germain en Laye, a region just north of Versailles outside Paris. Their elegant wedding reception took place at The Pavillion Henri IV, also in St. Germain region. Her groom, Rodney, originally from London is also a opera singer like Louise. They are a perfect match for each other. There is so much love between them, as shown in these fabulous photos from our friend,  David Bacher , a friend and a professional wedding photographer in Paris.

Engaged in Paris~A Romantic Love Story

Valentine's Day is still in the air and we thought we'd share a love story from bride to be Kristy who recently got engaged in Paris. They were in Europe to see the Chicago Bears in London. Kristy and Matt decided to take the train out to Versailles one day because that is where Kristy spent a year  studying abroad in college. They stopped at her favorite boulangerie and picked up some vin  & fromage and headed to the Chateau.  They walked through the gardens and decided to picnic along the Grand Canal. They were enjoying their pinic, feeding swans and sipping cote du rhone when Matt popped the question. Kristy had never mentioned anything to Matt but it had always been her fantasy to get proposed to in Versailles because it is a place that holds special meaning to her. They spent the rest of the week celebrating in Paris. How romantic! Kristy sent us this wonderful story along with some photos of them together celebrating in France.
