Beautiful Bridal Bouquets - Part 1

At our Meet the Wedding Experts event, held at Room 1520 we had many florists create beautiful wedding bouquets. The range in design was awe inspiring and each were unique in their own right. Many of the bridal bouquets were filled with bright colors which is a huge trend in 2012 as well as vibrant jewel and neutrals tones.  Bright colors are really making a pop. Blues, greens, pinks and of course the color of the season: pantone. Whether you enjoy bright tones or neutrals, flowers are a great way to add color to your wedding.  At the end of the evening, we had a raffle and many lucky brides took home these gorgeous creations. This week, we'll be posting more of the individual wedding bouquets from our Meet The Experts event.

We can't believe how quickly the Eleven Eleven Wedding Giveaway has come up!  The lucky couple that won a FREE wedding at the Chicago History Museum is Amy and Howard. A wonderful bride to work with, Amy chose some stunning bridesmaids' jewelry and Benjamin Adams shoes from The Left Bank that goes great with her theme. The bridesmaids' shoes were dyed a pretty chocolate brown that is perfect for a fall wedding! Here is a little fun fact about 11-11: Chinese numerology and Feng Shui for 2011: This year we are going to experience four unusual dates: 1/1/11, 1/11/11, 11/1/11, 11/11/11, and that's not all- Take the last two digits of the year you were born and the age you will be this year and the result will add up to 111 for everyone! Isn't that fun? Congrats to Amy and Howard! We can't wait to see how everything turns out!
