Corsage Inspired Bridal Jewelry

Everyone expects to see flowers at a wedding, so why not put a twist on the traditional bridal corsage and have it made of silver and crystal?  These beautiful corsage pieces by Shelley Cooper would look dazzling on brides, bridesmaids, or in place of the traitional wrist corsage for the mother of the bride.  Designer Shelley Cooper specializes in timeless, romantic jewelry all made in the USA.  Here's what she has to say about her pieces...
This graceful composition is inspired by the fabulous brooches of the 1930s.  During that decade, diamond designers began creating costume jewels that launched the very notion of fashion jewelry.  Our corsage is finished in hand burnished silver and it is entirely set in Swarvoski crystal.

Do I Have to Wear White Wedding Shoes?

One of the questions we get asked all the time is "do most brides wear white shoes with their wedding dress?"  The answer is yes.  While colored shoes are fun and perfect for bridesmaids, we prefer the sophisticated, chic look of white or ivory shoes for brides.  Shoes that match the color of your dress will lenthen your silhouette and make you look inches taller when you put them on.  Not crazy about all light colored shoes?  Buy shoe clips in a fun color or get silk or satin shoes in your bridal dress color and then dye them your favorite color afterwards.  We love the Sienna wedding shoe above for adding shoe clips to.  Sienna, designed by Grace Footwear, $130.

Shoes from left to right, Chelsea $130, Angie $79, Crush $78, Sienna $130.
Assorted shoe clips starting at $32
