Spring Flower Jewelry for Brides & Bridesmaids

Think Spring!  The warm weather here in Chicago has us longing for spring flowers and wedding season.  Then we found these fun, spunky flower sets from Fleurs Jolies to tide us over.  These lucite flowers are all vintage finds!  They're hand painted in colors that can't help make you smile and then reset into silver and gold colored chains and hooks.  These braclets and earrings are perfect for completing a spring bridal shower outfit or given as fun bridesmaids gifts.  We love the idea of these pretty flowers as a fresh and fun alternative to traditional bridal jewelry.  Best of all?  Their affordable prices.  Earrings start at $26 and bracelets start at $36.  Necklaces and hairpins are also available.  Hop on over to The Left Bank to start your spring shopping!

Do I Have to Wear White Wedding Shoes?

One of the questions we get asked all the time is "do most brides wear white shoes with their wedding dress?"  The answer is yes.  While colored shoes are fun and perfect for bridesmaids, we prefer the sophisticated, chic look of white or ivory shoes for brides.  Shoes that match the color of your dress will lenthen your silhouette and make you look inches taller when you put them on.  Not crazy about all light colored shoes?  Buy shoe clips in a fun color or get silk or satin shoes in your bridal dress color and then dye them your favorite color afterwards.  We love the Sienna wedding shoe above for adding shoe clips to.  Sienna, designed by Grace Footwear, $130.

Shoes from left to right, Chelsea $130, Angie $79, Crush $78, Sienna $130.
Assorted shoe clips starting at $32

Stud Wedding Earrings

The stud earring to is the most universally wearable earring according to fashion expert Tim Gunn.  Stud earrings have found their way to the ears tons of brides over the years because of their "flattering to almost anyone" look.  They're easy to wear and can add just the right amount of pop to brides with shorter hair, or compliment a big necklace without looking over done.  Whether big or small, shapped or traditionally round, there are tons of options.  Here are just three of some of The Left Bank's beautiful stud earrings, all sparkly enough for the bride.  The square studs above are only $48, or check out these square studs for $36 here.

These Starburst Studs, $68, are packed with sophistication and taper down just off the ear.  A plump pearl sits in the center to tie in with your dress, necklace, or bracelet.  Don't love pearls?  Grab the same pair without pearl  for added sparkle.
